To me, this two online sources are a bit difficult to compare since they are used for very different things. LinkedIn tends offer more of a straight forward, professional setting, where as Facebook is more of a social outlet that does not require very much professionalism (if any at all). I believe that LinkedIn is superior to Facebook as far as privacy goes, but then again, the information one would share on LinkedIn is not necessarily comparable to that of Facebook. Both sites are user friendly and offer a great format to start building ones profile. With all of this being said, if I had to choose one outlet (of the two) to use for the rest of my life it would be Facebook. It is more relevant to my life at this moment and to get straight to the point, it is a bit more fun!
